POVA ships through online retail partners. Visit the shop page for the full list of stores currently carrying the lineup.

Standard manufacturer warranty applies on every POVA device. The exact terms are printed in the box and listed on the retailer page where you bought the unit.

Your POVA receives updates over-the-air on a regular cadence. Open settings on your device and check the system update menu — the device will guide you from there.

Question 4

What is POVA AI, and how do I use it?

Accepted Answer

POVA AI is the intelligence layer on POVA devices, powered by Google Gemini. It reads context, helps across your apps, and steps back when it is not needed.

Question 5

What happens at a service centre visit?

Accepted Answer

Bring the device, the box if you still have it, and a proof of purchase. The centre logs the unit, runs diagnostics, and quotes the work before anything is touched.

Question 6

Can I track a service request?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each service intake produces a reference number — keep it. The centre that took the device in is the same one that returns it.
