POVA 3 shipped in 2022 as a refinement of the formula POVA 2 had set. By this point the seven-thousand-mAh segment had filled with copies; the cell was no longer the differentiator it was in 2020. The line stopped its march at POVA 3 — there was no POVA 4 in India — and reset itself for the design-led generation that arrived with POVA 5 and 5 Pro.
